NBV has been selected to work with leading UK drinks supplier, Waverley TBS, as part of a brand re-fresh and a review of the company’s ordering processes. We have been appointed to provide user experience research, personas, detailed customer journeys and rapid prototyping, before applying a fresh new identity to the website and e-commerce system.
Our key task is to identify areas to improve the overall experience for new and existing customers. Usability of the e-commerce system as well as transparency of the key offerings and incentives for new users is the immediate challenge. A system of clear signposting, simplified navigation and modular calls to action will be used to provide clarity online. Our information architects are also working closely to re-architect the existing back end system to meet the needs of each of the customer groups and to support the business’ growth.
From a design perspective, our creative team is looking forward to replicating some of the strong brand applications Waverley TBS are already producing offline. Aligning this with clever usage of colour to drive the user experience and a fresh new brand and colour palette in place, there is a real opportunity to produce a design which will re-invent the brand online.
