Every year, they help over 100,000 students from 120 countries to learn English. From their humble beginnings in Cambridge, the Trust has grown to be one of the world’s leading bodies for teaching English as a foreign language.
Bell has approached NBV to align their current online presence by amalgamating 3 websites into one. The objective is to create a truly market-leading online presence. An international, multilingual corporate site, with integrated course finders, language variations – including Chinese – and complex mapping and student social forums.
Our key challenge is usability. With a huge user base of non-native English speakers, it is essential that the site is sensitive to cultural difficulties. Any content which is not available in alternative languages must be well signposted and easy to understand.
Fortunately, the members of Bell’s marketing team are sterling brand ambassadors so we have a great offline base from which to create a market-leading online presence.
